Выводы.

Таким образом, БИМ у лиц пожилого и старческого возраста, страдающих ИБС и АГ, возникает чаще в ночное время, характеризуется высокой распространенностью, сочетается с нарушениями сердечного ритма и проводимости. Данному контингенту пациентов показано проведение ХМ-ЭКГ с целью выявления БИМ, диагностики нарушений ритма и проводимости сердца, своевременной коррекции лечения. Литература
